Meet Our Team

Kevin Ross
Started an Adult Family Home (AFH) in 1988, long before licensing was required and ran the AFH until 2005. Kevin served as President of the Clark County Adult Family Home Association (CCAFHA) and acted as their Delegate to the Washington State Residential Care Council (WSRCC) for ten years. Kevin operated Better Options Placement Service in the Vancouver area for about ten years. Then for the past eight years Kevin has served as an Executive Director of four different Assisted Living Management companies in the Portland/Vancouver area. He is dual licensed as an Assisted Living Director in Washington & Oregon as well as a licensed Administer for Adult Family Homes.
Nathan Ross
Growing up in Adult Family Homes (AFH), Nathan saw first-hand what should and shouldn't happen in an AFH. He’s visited several AFH in the area where he got a good first hand understanding of the industry and a love for the residents. That initial introduction and love for the senior population is what drove his return to the industry today. His compassion for the elderly and wanting to find the correct setting for the resident to “Age in Place” is crucial to the success of the resident. Aging in Place was an Initiative that the WSRCC & CCAFHA put before the Legislature in the early 90’s and has stuck with Nathan to this day.
